Unfortunately, due to the electronic nature of our business and because we are an affiliate based program that pays out commissions on memberships, we do not typically offer refunds once a payment has been processed.  Please make sure that your email is correct in our system - we send out email notifications reminding you that you have an upcoming payment.  If you need to change credit cards before your membership fee is billed, you will need to go to http://mytripvaletbilling.com to do so.  Otherwise, if we do not hear from you, the payment will be processed as usual.  


If a payment is processed and you contact us after the fact, we can cancel your membership going forward and still allow you access to the travel incentives and portal until the next payment would be due.  At which time, the account would then become inactive.
